One for the downward dog fans out there: Tate Modern is teaming up with Frame to host a special Rise and Shine Yoga Brunch event for four consecutive Saturdays, starting on the 28thJuly and ending on the 18th August

In the surrounds of Tate Modern’s East Room with natural daylight and floor to ceiling windows, wake up the body by linking breath to movement, and take in spectacular views overlooking the skylines of London, followed by brunch and the chance to view the highly-anticipated EY Exhibition: Picasso 1932 – Love, Fame, Tragedy.

FRAME x Tate Modern: What to Expect

The hour-long class, provided by FRAME, begins at 08:45a and 10:00 for the two sessions respectively, and will focus on strength, mobility and relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels, with a mat provided. FRAME was born from the mantra that getting fit should never feel like a chore. With a focus on variety, flexibility and having fun, FRAME caters to anyone interested in getting fit and enjoying it too, and will leave guests feeling relaxed and invigorated.

After the class, a special brunch set menu will be served at the Kitchen and Bar restaurant and will include rejuvenating juices and a wide array of light brunch dishes, such as quinoa salad with chai tofu and lemon dressing, and Kentish raspberries with organic Bircher museli.
