DEFINE London have collaborated with The Trafalgar St. James hotel for a new unique wellness programme to help everyone work up a sweat in the capital this summer. If you fancy teaming your barre moves with a slap up brunch – we’ve got just the ticket:

DEFINE London x The Trafalgar St. James: The Run Down

Taking place on select Sunday mornings over a 6 week period as of the 13th May (excluding bank holidays), DEFINE London founder and former American Broadway performer Ashley Verma and her team of inspirational fitness experts, will be taking their bespoke range of fitness classes from their luxury studio in Fitzrovia, to the rooftop of The Trafalgar St. James hotel. Overlooking Trafalgar Square, the classes will then be followed by a healthy brunch within the The Trafalgar Dining Rooms.

Each event will see Ashley Verma and her team of fitness guru’s deliver a 50-minute full body workout to attendees, allowing them to experience head to toe body blazing sessions aimed at increasing strength and flexibility, to give them the strong, lean physique of a dancer.

DEFINE London x The Trafalgar St. James: The Classes

One of the full body workouts includes the never-before seen concept of ‘Barre Balance’ which is a unique variation on the traditional barre workout. The first of its kind to reach UK shores, the DEFINE Barre Balance class will incorporate a bosu ball into a 50-minute sweat inducing journey. Aimed at eliminating body imbalances and delving deeper into muscle weaknesses, the DEFINE Barre Balance class will in turn DEFINE a better you.

Other classes on offer include; Barre Fitness, Dance Cardio, and Mat Workouts. Each individual event will feature a specific fitness focus:

DEFINE London x The Trafalgar St. James: Brunch

Incorporating an intense mix of isometric moves, thigh and glute sequences, chiselling arm and ab challenges and elongating stretches under the gleaming sunshine, guests will then be able to reward their hard work with a healthy brunch in the hotel’s destination restaurant. From a blowtorched mackerel and quail egg salad to acai yoghurt bowls and protein coconut power balls – this brunch will guarantee to re-energise and refuel you following the session on The Rooftop.

Classes will take place every Sunday from the 13th May to the 17th June, with the exercise commencing at 10am through to 11am on The Rooftop, followed by the brunch at 11am-12pm. Both the class and brunch are included in the £45 admission cost. To book a class, please click here.
