Lily Simpson, Co-Founder of Detox Kitchen

Lily Simpson, the chef and co-founder of Detox Kitchen, started her business with the simple and humble idea of making healthy food really delicious. Detox Kitchen has been a huge success – today she runs London delis and also offers home delivery of nutritious gourmet food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and juice – all delivered to your door daily. Lily believes that the key to having healthy, nutritious food in your life for good is to find food that excites you, that tastes amazing, and that you aren’t just eating for the sake of being ‘healthy’. They serve fresh, bold, and delicious dishes that are bursting with flavour and goodness. They have three delis in Central London: Kingly Street, Mortimer Street, and Bernard Street, are also stocked in Selfridges and have a cookbook “The Detox Kitchen Bible.” Lily is a superwoman who know her superfoods, and the business has been going from strength to strength in the last few years.

Max Head-Lee is managing director of heathy snack subscription box SourcedBox. SourcedBox makes healthy snacking simple and exciting, with a selection of natural snacks delivered to desk or door every month. Max co-founded SourcedBox in 2015 alongside friends and YouTube stars Marcus Butler and Niomi Smart. Laura Fullerton, Founder of Fitty London

Laura Fullerton is the Founder and Director of Fitty London; the original health and fitness subscription box. After noticing a gap in the market, Laura decided to combine her love of nutrition with her love of receiving parcels in the post (read: obsessive habit of buying things online). With a background in branding and advertising, Laura’s worked for advertising agencies including the likes of Saatchi, but left the Mad Men career behind. With a relentless entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fitness and nutrition, she wants to help make the world a healthier place.
