Inspired by days out at the British seaside, Grind’s baristas have created the Ice-Cream Splat – a seriously pimped up iced coffee using Baileys and topped off with an upturned ice-cream cone.

To unlock the order, you’ll need to whisper the not-so-secret password, ‘Don’t Mind If I Baileys’ in your barista’s ear… If you can’t get to Grind coffee shop, new Baileys Ice Coffee cans are available in major retailers – or if you fancy having a go at creating it at home, here’s how to make one at home:
