Don’t you just love it when two of your favourite brands come together? British summers are known for grass court tennis and beautiful, blooming flowers – and with Chelsea Flower Show just past, and Wimbledon on the horizon, we think these are the trainers you should be sporting all summer. The new NikeCourt x Liberty collection is divine – very tennis-chic, and perfect for a summer city break.
There’s new Air Max 1’s, Nike Benassi Slide and everyone’s favourite Nike Cortez. On the Air Maxes, the exclusive print, Dawn Meadow, features wildflowers such as Wood Anemone, Stitchwort, LondonPride and Cornus Sanguinea. These are our British flowers, and we should wear them with pride.
The hand-painted floral landscape, inspired by botanical drawings from the Liberty archive, adorns six classic Nike silhouettes. The NikeCourt Tennis Classic leads the collection, followed by the Air Zoom Vapor 9.5, Air Max 1, Air Rift,Benassi Slide and Cortez.
You can grab the NikeCourt x Liberty Tennis Classic from June 16th exclusively on liberty.co.uk and at Liberty London, along with the remainder of the footwear collection. Starting June 25th, it will also debut at nike.com and in-store at Nike and select Nike Sportswear retailers.
